Dispatch times

We aim to make and dispatch your objects within 5 working days, or less if there is available stock.
Once the parcel has been sent out you will be notified via email with the tracking information to follow up with the delivery.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 ®, the parcel should reach you in around 2 days from shipping confirmation date.

International Shipping

We offer Worldwide Shipping through Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World.

Please note that you will be liable for any potential customs and import taxes.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
